INFINITI SOFTWARE is seeking a motivated and detail oriented Client Support Representative to join our team in Islamabad. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will act as the primary point of contact for new and potential clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding and communication experience.Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for incoming client queries on Fiverr, providing timely and professional responses</li><li>Guide potential clients through the onboarding process from inquiry to project initiation</li><li>Prepare and share accurate project quotes based on client requirements</li><li>Gather and document detailed project requirements in coordination with clients</li><li>Maintain consistent communication with clients and address their questions or concerns</li><li>Support sales efforts by upselling and cross-selling relevant services when appropriate</li><li>Coordinate with project management and development teams to ensure client expectations are clearly communicated and met</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in client support, client management, sales, or a related role (digital agency experience preferred)</li><li>Strong understanding of the Fiverr platform and client engagement best practices</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple queries and tasks simultaneously</li><li>Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail</li><li>Proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset</li><li>Experience with CRM tools is a plus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
