Client Support Representative

INFINITI SOFTWARE is seeking a motivated and detail oriented Client Support Representative to join our team in Islamabad. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will act as the primary point of contact for new and potential clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding and communication experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming client queries on Fiverr, providing timely and professional responses
• Guide potential clients through the onboarding process from inquiry to project initiation
• Prepare and share accurate project quotes based on client requirements
• Gather and document detailed project requirements in coordination with clients
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and address their questions or concerns
• Support sales efforts by upselling and cross-selling relevant services when appropriate
• Coordinate with project management and development teams to ensure client expectations are clearly communicated and met

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in client support, client management, sales, or a related role (digital agency experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of the Fiverr platform and client engagement best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple queries and tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus
