Job Title: Team Lead – Sales
Location: DHA Phase 2, Islamabad
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead – Sales to oversee our customer support and sales operations for a leading UK-based Transport Company. This hybrid role combines customer relationship management with strategic sales execution, ensuring smooth service delivery and lead conversion through excellent team coordination and direct client interaction. The ideal candidate will be proactive, goal-oriented, and experienced in both sales and customer support, particularly in a leadership capacity
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead, coach, and support a team of Customer Support Specialists.
Monitor daily performance, ensuring targets are met and high service standards are maintained.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s product knowledge and communication skills.
Sales & Lead Management
Supervise the team’s handling of inbound leads generated through the company website and other channels.
Personally handle high-priority leads and complex customer requests.
Guide the team in converting leads into confirmed bookings by offering tailored transport solutions.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the CRM system for all leads.
Customer Support
Oversee post-booking customer interactions to guarantee a smooth and satisfying transport experience.
Resolve escalated customer concerns and maintain a high standard of customer service across all touch points.
Assist with booking modifications, cancellations, or special requests, when needed.
Reporting & Collaboration
Prepare and share regular performance reports with upper management.
Coordinate closely with UK-based sales and operations teams to ensure alignment.
Continuously improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience (3+ years) in sales and customer support, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Background in transport, logistics, or a BPO/IT support environment is highly preferred.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills (UK client handling experience is a plus).
Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management systems.
Ability to manage time effectively and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
