Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Skin Care & Aesthetics

Company Overview:
We are a rapidly growing organization in the skin care and aesthetics segment, expanding our field operations across major cities of Pakistan. We are looking for dynamic and professional Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to join our team.

Position: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Base Stations:

• Rawalpindi/Islamabad
• Lahore
• Karachi
• Multan

Key Responsibilities:

• Should have strong relationships with skin care and aesthetics doctors within the assigned region.
• Collect and manage comprehensive doctor's particular data within the assigned region.
• Achieve sales targets and support brand awareness activities in the region.
• Ensure market coverage, territory management, and follow-ups with healthcare professionals.
• Represent the company in a highly professional and presentable manner.

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Presentable personality with a confident and pleasant demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building capability.
• Must have knowledge of all dermatologists / skin care & aesthetics doctors in the assigned area.
• Should already have good working relationships with doctors for smooth data collection and initial coordination.
• Ability to work independently with strong follow-up and reporting skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business).
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in pharmaceuticals, skin care, or aesthetics field sales.
• Strong regional market knowledge.
