If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a collaborative team, this opportunity is perfect for you!Responsibilities<ul><li>Organize and maintain Google Drive folder structures</li><li>Create professional documents (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides)</li><li>Format policies, templates, binders, and forms</li><li>Maintain spreadsheets and tracking logs</li><li>Draft professional emails and correspondence</li><li>Assist with data entry and digital record keeping</li><li>Assist with creating flyers and marketing materials</li><li>Create and manage shared drives</li><li>Rename, categorize, and archive files systematically</li><li>Convert documents into fillable PDFs or Google Forms</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven office experience or clerical background with a strong emphasis on administrative support roles</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications</li><li>Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently</li><li>Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for specific duties such as calendar management or medical reception protocols</li></ul>Join us in this energetic role where your organizational talents will shine!
