Job Title: Sales Team LeaderLocation: Hyundai Dealership, Jharsuguda &amp; Sambalpur, Odisha Department: Sales Reporting To: Sales ManagerKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and guide a team of Sales Consultants to meet or exceed sales targets.</li><li>Assist team members in closing high-value or complex deals.</li><li>Monitor daily activities, lead follow-ups, and enquiry handling.</li><li>Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation, vehicle delivery, and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Coordinate with other departments like Finance, Insurance, and Delivery for seamless operations.</li><li>Track and improve enquiry conversion ratio.</li><li>Provide product knowledge and sales process training to new sales staff.</li><li>Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them efficiently.</li><li>Report daily/weekly/monthly performance to the Sales Manager.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong leadership and team management skills</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation abilities</li><li>Good understanding of automotive sales process</li><li>Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions</li><li>Customer-oriented approach</li><li>Target-driven and proactive</li></ul>Eligibility &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Graduate in any discipline (MBA Preferred)</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in automobile sales as a Team Leader.</li><li>Must possess a valid Driving License (both two-wheeler &amp; four wheeler mandatory)</li><li>Working knowledge of MS Excel and DMS/CRM software.</li><li>Only need from Auto Mobile Experience.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Salary: Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 30,000/-</li><li>Incentives: Performance-based incentives as per dealership policy up-to 15-20 K</li><li>Other Benefits: Training, career growth path, and employee benefits</li></ul>Career Path:Sales Team Leader &rarr; Assistant Sales Manager &rarr; Sales Manager &rarr; General Manager - SalesJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
