Infinity Hyundai, Jharsuguda is looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute online marketing activities that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support vehicle sales and service promotions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)</li><li>Handle social media accounts: content creation, posting schedules, engagement, and performance tracking</li><li>Generate and manage online leads for sales and service departments</li><li>Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)</li><li>Create promotional creatives, captions, reels, and short videos for vehicles, offers, and events</li><li>Coordinate with the sales team to track lead conversion and ROI</li><li>Manage website updates, landing pages, and basic SEO activities</li><li>Monitor competitors&rsquo; digital activities and suggest improvements</li><li>Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in digital marketing (automobile industry preferred)</li><li>Strong knowledge of social media marketing, paid ads, and lead generation</li><li>Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM tools</li><li>Creative mindset with good copywriting and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li><li>Knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads is a plus</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in automobile dealership marketing</li><li>Local market knowledge of Jharsuguda &amp; nearby regions</li><li>Video editing and reel creation skills</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Performance-based incentives</li><li>Career growth opportunities</li><li>Friendly and professional work environment</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;13,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
