<div><div><div><p>Info-Matrix is hiring!! We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with significant MMIS experience specifically within a client-side environment. The successful candidate will proactively anticipate future needs and trends to drive continuous innovation throughout the modernization lifecycle. A core focus of this position is the ability to produce high-quality Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and utilize AI capabilities to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of business analysis work products.</p></div><div></div><div><p><br>
Key Responsibilities</p><div><br>

</div></div><div><p>Requirements Management &amp; Analysis</p></div><div><br>
<ul><li>
Identify, gather, and document business requirements for the MMIS Modernization initiative.<br>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Track requirement changes from original project scope through Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to final module-specific requirements.<br>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Conduct JAD sessions involving end-users, business analysts, software developers, and QA teams.<br>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Perform business systems planning, procedural development, and implementation validation.</li></ul></div><div><p><br>
Documentation &amp; Delivery</p></div><div><br>
<ul><li>
Produce comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) encompassing background, process flows, business requirements, and operational impacts.<br>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Manage business contingency planning and problem-solving for complex system modernizations.<br>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Ensure all requirements align with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards.</li></ul></div><div><p><br>
AI Integration &amp; Innovation</p></div><div><br>
<ul><li>
Generate effective AI prompts to assist in the creation of MMIS business requirements, BRD sections, and test scenarios.<br>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance, iteratively revising prompts to improve output quality.</li></ul></div><div><p><br>
Stakeholder Engagement</p></div><div><br>
<ul><li>
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders and clients.<br>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Act as a self-starter, managing the business domain independently to ensure all project goals are met.</li></ul></div><div><p><br>
Tools &amp; Technology</p></div><div><br>
<ul><li>
Project Management: Familiarity with TFS/ADO (Azure DevOps) and MS Project.<br>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Productivity: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<br>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
AI Tools: Experience in AI prompt engineering and response evaluation for professional work products.</li></ul></div></div><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Requirements</b></h3><div><div><ul><li>
Strong MMIS experience in a CLIENT environment (state agency perspective) rather than solely a vendor-module perspective.<br>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Proven experience gathering requirements and planning business systems for large-scale IT modernizations.<br>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and BABOK.<br>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Demonstrated ability to write strong BUSINESS requirements (distinguished from functional or technical requirements).<br>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Forward-thinking mindset with a track record of proactively identifying improvement opportunities.<br>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
CBAP certification is a plus but not required.</li></ul></div><div><p><br>
