Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee scheduling management, ensuring accurate tracking and analysis of production timelines.</li><li>Plan, schedule, and maintain the sales plan while supporting production order execution.</li><li>Create and manage work orders based on start dates, maintaining accurate due dates through completion.</li><li>Conduct Can-Build analysis to evaluate build readiness.</li><li>Review pre-order entry requests to verify material and labor availability in alignment with customer requirements.</li><li>Monitor customer demand and develop a balanced, level-loaded Master Production Schedule (MPS).</li><li>Apply standard tools to manage both short- and long-term SIOP capacity planning.</li><li>Optimize inventory levels to achieve high customer service standards while improving inventory turnover.</li><li>Lead cross-functional production meetings and effectively communicate across multiple organizational levels.</li><li>Generate weekly and monthly sales forecasts for assigned product lines.</li><li>Manage Item Master (IM) planning parameters, supporting various replenishment strategies.</li><li>Take ownership of shortage management, including proactive identification, prioritization, and tracking.</li><li>Collaborate with New Product Introduction (NPI) teams to develop preliminary planning BOMs, coordinate prototype builds, and support production readiness initiatives.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Master&rsquo;s degree with 3+ years of experience; in lieu of a degree, 9+ years of directly relevant experience.</li><li>Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship (sponsorship not available for this role).</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Background in the aerospace industry within a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Hands-on experience in production and/or material planning and forecasting operations.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (including formulas, pivot tables, and large dataset analysis).</li><li>Familiarity with bills of material (BOMs) and engineering drawings.</li><li>Exposure to Lean/continuous improvement practices.</li></ul>Job Type: ContractPay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hourWork Location: In person
