Duties

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with enthusiasm, ensuring each interaction is positive and solution-oriented
  • Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service information
  • Assist clients with sales opportunities by promoting relevant products or services aligned with their needs
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and satisfaction
  • Support client services by following up on unresolved issues and ensuring timely resolution
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools and computer skills to manage documentation, reports, and correspondence efficiently

Qualifications

  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse client base effectively
  • Proven experience in call center operations or customer support roles is preferred
  • Strong sales aptitude with the ability to identify opportunities during conversations
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
  • Proficient in data entry, typing, and using Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated understanding of phone etiquette, active listening, and problem-solving techniques
  • Ability to handle cash transactions or perform basic cash handling tasks is advantageous
  • Outbound calling experience is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
