This role is critical to empowering business leaders and stakeholders with timely, actionable insights derived from highly complex data environments.As part of a large-scale organization with diverse business units and intricate data ecosystems, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams&mdash;data engineers, business analysts, and IT stakeholders&mdash;to deliver scalable, automated BI solutions that support data-driven decision-making at every level.ResponsibilitiesDashboard Development: Design and develop highly interactive, visually compelling Power BI dashboards tailored to business needs, with a focus on performance optimization and usability.Data Integration: Design and implement robust ETL/ELT pipelines that support automated data refreshes across large and complex data sources.Automation: Implement automated data workflows and refresh schedules to ensure dashboards remain up-to-date and reliable.Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot performance issues, optimize DAX queries, and refine data models for maximum efficiency at scale.Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and provide clear documentation and training where necessary.Governance &amp; Standards: Enforce best practices in data governance, modeling, and visualization to maintain consistency and accuracy across reports.Innovation: Stay current with Power BI and data analytics advancements, proactively recommending improvements and new capabilities.Experience:Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).7+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience in a large-scale enterprise environment.Proven track record of creating dynamic, complex dashboards and automated reporting solutions.Extensive experience building data models, DAX queries, and advanced Power BI features (row-level security, drill-throughs, bookmarks, etc.).Technical Proficiency:Strong understanding of SQL and relational database systems.Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).Experience with ETL/ELT tools and building automated data pipelines.Understanding of data warehousing concepts and enterprise BI architecture.Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to translate complex technical insights into clear business value.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;1,054,014.16 - &#8377;1,857,721.82 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
