Job Title: US IT Bench Sales Lead<ul><li>Location: Vadodara, India</li><li>Job Type: Full-time, Permanent</li><li>Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹70,000 per month</li></ul>Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Source job requirements from prime vendors, vendors, and clients.</li><li>Submit bench consultants.</li><li>Manage team.</li><li>Get daily submissions and interview updates.</li><li>Identify and market bench consultants for various IT positions such as software developers, business analysts, project managers, and other technical roles.</li><li>Build and maintain a pipeline of available consultants for client projects.</li><li>Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and clients to generate opportunities.</li><li>Negotiate rates with clients and vendors to ensure competitive placements.</li><li>Candidate Relationship Management:</li><li>Guide and assist consultants during the recruitment process, including interview preparation and client interaction.</li><li>Address consultant concerns during project assignments to maintain satisfaction and retention.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Proven experience in Bench Sales</li><li>Strong understanding of various IT technologies and their market demand.</li><li>Familiarity with job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹300,591.12 - ₹697,676.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Atladara, Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Bench sales/Recruitment: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Night Shift (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
