You'll convert inbound leads, develop new accounts through outreach, and build the kind of long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business. This is a relationship-driven role with real earning potential as your customer base grows: the more accounts you build, the more your income reflects it.Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct 80 to 90 outbound prospecting calls per day to build your pipeline, especially during your first few months</li><li>Manage inbound sales calls and convert them into closed sales</li><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospitals, clinics, and veterinary practices</li><li>Develop working knowledge of our device catalog so you can confidently advise customers on the right equipment for their needs</li><li>Collaborate with our technical team on device specs, availability, and repair timelines</li><li>Track your pipeline and customer interactions accurately in our CRM</li><li>Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>1 to 3 years of inside sales experience (medical device or healthcare industry experience is a plus)</li><li>A track record of, or comfort with, high-volume outbound calling, especially during a ramp-up period</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to manage a pipeline independently and stay organized under a quota</li></ul>Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
