Role Summary

We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative to build and grow a book of business in the healthcare sector. You'll convert inbound leads, develop new accounts through outreach, and build the kind of long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business. This is a relationship-driven role with real earning potential as your customer base grows: the more accounts you build, the more your income reflects it.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 80 to 90 outbound prospecting calls per day to build your pipeline, especially during your first few months
• Manage inbound sales calls and convert them into closed sales
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospitals, clinics, and veterinary practices
• Develop working knowledge of our device catalog so you can confidently advise customers on the right equipment for their needs
• Collaborate with our technical team on device specs, availability, and repair timelines
• Track your pipeline and customer interactions accurately in our CRM
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

What We're Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of inside sales experience (medical device or healthcare industry experience is a plus)
• A track record of, or comfort with, high-volume outbound calling, especially during a ramp-up period
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a pipeline independently and stay organized under a quota

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
