Inside Sales Representative (High-Volume Phone Role)

Full-Time | In-Office Position

Trash Can Willy’s is hiring a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our busy office team.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume phone position handling 100+ customer interactions per day. You’ll be answering inbound calls, providing pricing, booking jobs, and following up with customers.

If you like staying busy, talking to people, and working in a structured environment where performance matters — this could be a strong fit.

This is an entry-level sales role with bonus potential. We are looking for someone dependable, coachable, and motivated — not a seasoned sales veteran seeking senior-level compensation.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer inbound customer calls Provide pricing and service information Schedule appointments and jobs Follow up on estimates and open leads Enter and manage customer information in our system Support daily office operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable on the phone all day Clear, confident communicator Computer proficient with strong typing skills Organized and able to multitask Reliable and punctual Strong work ethic and positive attitude Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening Available to work alternating Saturdays

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 8:30am–5:00pm Alternating Saturdays: 8:00am–3:00pm(This is an in-office position.)

Compensation:

• Starting pay avg $38,000 per year with Bonus potential and Annual performance review
