Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions
• Conduct data entry with accuracy to update client information, sales activities, and follow-up tasks
• Support client communication efforts through written correspondence, ensuring clarity and professionalism
• Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center roles with a focus on client communication
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software
• Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional demeanor during outbound and inbound calls
• Ability to perform data entry accurately while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with customer service problem-solving and client relationship management
• Knowledge of sales techniques, analysis skills, and cash handling is advantageous
