Proficient in applying established professional technical and administrative disciplines.This role reports to the Area Sales Manager Middle East What you will do <ul><li>Be the technical point of contact for assigned customers and provide comprehensive technical support throughout the innovation process</li><li>Conduct application trials involving formulation and process development</li><li>Organize visits to/from customers to the Ingredion Idea Labs (planning trials, meetings and venue)</li><li>Develop strong relationships across the technical and commercial teams</li><li>Documents technical work centrally and communicates project results internally as well as externally to customers</li><li>Evaluation of customer and competitor portfolio to gain insights and share knowledge with the team</li></ul> What you will bring <ul><li>Degree or equivalent in Food Technology or Food Engineering or other relevant discipline</li><li>Experience in a Technical Service NPD or Applications team in specialty food ingredients</li><li>Experience of supporting and leading small projects delivering product innovation and proven track record of technically supporting customers in the food industry</li><li>Fluent in English (verbal & written)</li><li>Fluent in Arabic would be a plus</li><li>Ability to travel within the region up to 40% of the working time</li></ul> Who you are <ul><li>Win with Customers: Understand and share needs, create distinctive value, build deep relationships</li><li>Drive for Results: Drive execution.
