Learn more at www.inhabitr.ai .Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure compliance with applicable US and India laws and regulations</li><li>Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements</li><li>Oversee legal risk assessment and mitigation strategies</li><li>Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures</li><li>Manage regulatory reporting and liaise with authorities</li><li>Act as Company Secretary and handle corporate governance matters</li><li>Manage investor relations and ensure compliance with investor agreements</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>LLB and Company Secretary (CS) qualification required</li><li>6&ndash;8 years of experience in legal and compliance roles</li><li>Strong knowledge of contract drafting, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you a Qualified CS professional ?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
