Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with applicable US and India laws and regulations
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
• Oversee legal risk assessment and mitigation strategies
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
• Manage regulatory reporting and liaise with authorities
• Act as Company Secretary and handle corporate governance matters
• Manage investor relations and ensure compliance with investor agreements

Qualifications:

• LLB and Company Secretary (CS) qualification required
• 6–8 years of experience in legal and compliance roles
• Strong knowledge of contract drafting, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
