Role Overview</h3>
We are onboarding Certified Private Capital Analysts to support investors and fund managers with financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence on a project and deal basis.
This is not a traditional employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors and are activated through certification and verification.
This posting covers three approval-based tiers:<ul><li>

Depending on certification category approval:
Financial Modeling<ul><li>
3-statement models</li><li>
DCF &amp; LBO models</li><li>
Sensitivity and scenario analysis</li></ul>
Valuation<ul><li>
Comparable company analysis</li><li>
Precedent transactions</li><li>
Football field valuations</li></ul>
Due Diligence<ul><li>
Quality of Earnings (QoE)</li><li>
Commercial &amp; operational diligence</li><li>
Risk analysis and investment memo support</li></ul><div>

Compensation &amp; Levels</h3>
$50&ndash;$200/hour, determined by Analyst Rating Score, experience, and credentials.<ul><li>
Senior Analyst (Score 90&ndash;100): $150&ndash;200/hr</li><li>
Ex-IB, PE, VC, or senior consulting (5+ years)</li><li>
Lead Analyst (Score 80&ndash;89): $100&ndash;150/hr</li><li>
3&ndash;5 years of deal or modeling experience</li><li>
Analyst / Associate Analyst (Score 60&ndash;79): $50&ndash;100/hr</li><li>
Entry to mid-level with strong technical performance</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">

Eligibility (Meet One)</h3><ul><li>
Score 70%+ in at least one category on the Analyst Certification Assessment</li><li>
Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training</li><li>
Hold an active credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)</li></ul>
Assessment:<ul><li>
15 questions (5 per category)</li><li>
~20 minutes, no time limit</li><li>
Passing is category-specific</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Analyst Rating Score (0&ndash;100)</h3>
Used to determine:<ul><li>
Platform visibility</li><li>
Hourly rate recommendations</li><li>
Deal eligibility</li></ul>
Score weighting:<ul><li>
Assessment performance: 40%</li><li>
Professional experience: 30%</li><li>
Credentials: 20%</li><li>
Completed deals: 10%</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Deal &amp; Payment Terms</h3><ul><li>
Independent contractor status (not employment)</li><li>
Hourly + deal-based compensation</li><li>
Up to 10% of first $100k in transaction fees</li><li>
$2,500 max per deal</li><li>
Paid after successful deal completion and fee collection</li><li>
Approvals may be revoked for quality or compliance issues</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
