Our platform is built to promote analysts, not gatekeep them. Once verified, analysts can immediately begin earning income and working on live deals across our network.

Role Overview

We are onboarding Certified Private Capital Analysts to support investors and fund managers with financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence on a project and deal basis.

This is not a traditional employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors and are activated through certification and verification.

This posting covers three approval-based tiers:

• Senior Analyst

• Lead Analyst

• Analyst / Associate Analyst

What You’ll Work On (Approval-Based)

Depending on certification category approval:

Financial Modeling

• 3-statement models

• DCF & LBO models

• Sensitivity and scenario analysis

Valuation

• Comparable company analysis

• Precedent transactions

• Football field valuations

Due Diligence

• Quality of Earnings (QoE)

• Commercial & operational diligence

• Risk analysis and investment memo support

Compensation & Levels

$50–$200/hour, determined by Analyst Rating Score, experience, and credentials.

• Senior Analyst (Score 90–100): $150–200/hr

• Ex-IB, PE, VC, or senior consulting (5+ years)

• Lead Analyst (Score 80–89): $100–150/hr

• 3–5 years of deal or modeling experience

• Analyst / Associate Analyst (Score 60–79): $50–100/hr

• Entry to mid-level with strong technical performance

How You Start Earning

Initio Sphere is designed for fast activation:

• Complete Analyst Certification or approved training

• Receive category-specific approvals

• Get verified on the platform

• Immediately access paid projects and live deals

No cold outreach. No unpaid work. Verified analysts are actively promoted to deal sponsors.

Eligibility (Meet One)

• Score 70%+ in at least one category on the Analyst Certification Assessment

• Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training

• Hold an active credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)

Assessment:

• 15 questions (5 per category)

• ~20 minutes, no time limit

• Passing is category-specific

Analyst Rating Score (0–100)

Used to determine:

• Platform visibility

• Hourly rate recommendations

• Deal eligibility

Score weighting:

• Assessment performance: 40%

• Professional experience: 30%

• Credentials: 20%

• Completed deals: 10%

Deal & Payment Terms

• Independent contractor status (not employment)

• Hourly + deal-based compensation

• Up to 10% of first $100k in transaction fees

• $2,500 max per deal

• Paid after successful deal completion and fee collection

• Approvals may be revoked for quality or compliance issues
