We believe in building long-term relationships with our clients by delivering measurable results and unmatched value.Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and confident Sales Executive who will be responsible for handling leads, scheduling meetings with potential clients, and conducting presentations to convert prospects into long-term clients. The Sales Executive will also coordinate directly with the founder, ensuring important meetings are scheduled and managed professionally. This role requires excellent communication skills, presentation skills, and a strong focus on building relationships.Roles &amp; Responsibilities1. Lead Handling &amp; Qualification<ul><li>Work on pre-qualified leads generated by the company.</li><li>Connect with prospects promptly via calls, WhatsApp, or email.</li><li>Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and level of interest.</li><li>Set up meetings with potential clients (with or without the founder&rsquo;s presence).</li></ul>2. Meeting Setup &amp; Presentations<ul><li>Schedule client meetings (online/offline) and ensure all logistics are arranged.</li><li>Prepare professional sales presentations, proposals, or pitch decks if needed.</li><li>Conduct client meetings confidently, explaining the value of Inizio Media&rsquo;s services.</li><li>Ensure the founder is involved in key meetings by scheduling and coordinating.</li></ul>3. Appointment Setting with Founder<ul><li>Regularly coordinate with the founder to align schedules with client appointments</li><li>Set appointments where the founder&rsquo;s presence is crucial for decision-making or higher-level negotiations</li><li>Provide the founder with a briefing on the client before each appointment (background, requirements, expectations).</li></ul>4. Negotiation &amp; Deal Closing<ul><li>Handle objections and address client concerns during or after meetings</li><li>Negotiate pricing and terms while protecting company margins.</li><li>Close deals and ensure proper documentation of agreements/contracts</li></ul>5. Client Relationship Management<ul><li>Build strong relationships with prospects and clients through regular follow-ups.</li><li>Maintain ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.</li><li>Share client requirements and expectations with the internal team for smooth onboarding.</li></ul>6. Internal Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with the operations/creative team to prepare tailored proposals and service plans.</li><li>Coordinate with management to ensure timely support for closing high-value deals.</li><li>Keep all stakeholders updated on meeting outcomes and next steps.</li></ul>7.
