Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and confident Sales Executive who will be responsible for handling leads, scheduling meetings with potential clients, and conducting presentations to convert prospects into long-term clients. The Sales Executive will also coordinate directly with the founder, ensuring important meetings are scheduled and managed professionally. This role requires excellent communication skills, presentation skills, and a strong focus on building relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities1. Lead Handling & Qualification

  • Work on pre-qualified leads generated by the company.
  • Connect with prospects promptly via calls, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and level of interest.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients (with or without the founder’s presence).

2. Meeting Setup & Presentations

  • Schedule client meetings (online/offline) and ensure all logistics are arranged.
  • Prepare professional sales presentations, proposals, or pitch decks if needed.
  • Conduct client meetings confidently, explaining the value of Inizio Media’s services.
  • Ensure the founder is involved in key meetings by scheduling and coordinating.

3. Appointment Setting with Founder

  • Regularly coordinate with the founder to align schedules with client appointments
  • Set appointments where the founder’s presence is crucial for decision-making or higher-level negotiations
  • Provide the founder with a briefing on the client before each appointment (background, requirements, expectations).

4. Negotiation & Deal Closing

  • Handle objections and address client concerns during or after meetings
  • Negotiate pricing and terms while protecting company margins.
  • Close deals and ensure proper documentation of agreements/contracts

5. Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with prospects and clients through regular follow-ups.
  • Maintain ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Share client requirements and expectations with the internal team for smooth onboarding.

6. Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with the operations/creative team to prepare tailored proposals and service plans.
  • Coordinate with management to ensure timely support for closing high-value deals.
  • Keep all stakeholders updated on meeting outcomes and next steps.

7. Reporting & Targets

  • Meet/exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep detailed records of calls, meetings, proposals, and conversions
  • Report sales activities, client updates, and pipeline status to management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or client servicing (agency/marketing experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Tamil (spoken & written) is mandatory.
  • Ability to conduct client meetings with or without the founder.
  • Strong organizational skills for appointment setting and schedule management.
  • Self-motivated, persuasive, and target-driven.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
