Injured Workers Justice, LLC is seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and can provide excellent first impressions while supporting daily office operations.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner</li><li>Answer and direct incoming phone calls</li><li>Schedule appointments and manage calendars</li><li>Maintain organized front desk and office environment</li><li>Handle incoming/outgoing mail and documents</li><li>Provide general administrative and clerical support</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and third parties</li><li>Maintain confidentiality at all times</li></ul>Position Details<ul><li>Part-time to start</li><li>Normal hours would be 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM start to 4:00 PM or 5:00 PM close Monday - Friday.</li><li>No weekends</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>Professional demeanor and appearance</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office</li><li>Dependable, punctual, and attentive</li><li>Basic computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Office, etc.)</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish)</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary or hourly pay DOE</li><li>End-of-year bonuses</li><li>Performance-based bonuses</li><li>401(k) with employer match</li><li>PTO after 1 year</li><li>Supportive team environment</li><li>Occasional team lunches and office events</li><li>Opportunity for long-term growth within the firm</li></ul>Pay: From $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Legal Assistant/Paralegal: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Workers' compensation: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Spanish (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
