This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes while working in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct thorough medical evaluations, including physical examinations and patient assessments, to diagnose conditions accurately.</li><li>Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.</li><li>Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic and other EMR platforms to document findings, update medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, radiologists, orthos, neuros, therapists, X-ray facilities and specialists to optimize patient outcomes.</li></ul>Pay: $900.00 - $1,000.00 per dayWork Location: In person
