Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough medical evaluations, including physical examinations and patient assessments, to diagnose conditions accurately.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic and other EMR platforms to document findings, update medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, radiologists, orthos, neuros, therapists, X-ray facilities and specialists to optimize patient outcomes.

Pay: $900.00 - $1,000.00 per day
