Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Generalist / Senior HR Administrator to manage full-service Human Resources and Payroll functions across our Inmark LS and RCP locations. This individual will play a key role in ensuring efficient HR operations, accurate payroll processing, and consistent support for employees and leadership in a fast-paced, warehouse and manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Payroll Administration:<ul><li>Coordinate and process weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payrolls through ADP Team Pay and Paylocity.</li><li>Ensure accurate calculation of hours, earnings, deductions, and benefits contributions.</li><li>Reconcile payroll reports and maintain payroll records in compliance with company policy and labor regulations.</li></ul>Benefits Administration:<ul><li>Coordinate all internal and external benefit and enrollment programs, including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, and 401(k) contributions.</li><li>Act as the primary liaison between employees and benefit providers, ensuring timely resolution of benefit-related inquiries.</li><li>Oversee open enrollment, new hire enrollment, and qualifying life event processing.</li></ul>HR Operations &amp; Employee Relations:<ul><li>Facilitate new hire onboarding and termination procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.</li><li>Maintain and update employee handbooks and policy manuals.</li><li>Serve as a resource to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters.</li><li>Partner with supervisors and leadership to address attendance, disciplinary, and performance issues as needed.</li><li>Work with IT on new hire user credentials, termination, equipment needs for workstations.</li></ul>Recruiting &amp; Agency Coordination:<ul><li>Assist in recruitment communications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.</li><li>Manage relationships with temporary staffing agencies, including onboarding and tracking of contingent workers.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Compliance:<ul><li>Pull and analyze labor tracking and payroll reports as needed for management.</li><li>Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.</li><li>Support HR and operational audits, providing data and documentation as required.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Education: Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.</li><li>Experience: 2&ndash;5 years of combined HR and Payroll experience required.</li><li>Strong knowledge of warehouse or manufacturing environments and their HR needs.</li><li>Proficient with HRIS and payroll systems (ADP Team Pay and Paylocity experience preferred).</li><li>Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy in all work.</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Familiarity with federal and state employment laws, benefit compliance, and payroll regulations.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as a member of a team</li><li>Deadline and detailed oriented</li><li>Good communication skills, both verbal and written</li></ul>Job Type: ContractPay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hourWork Location: In person
