Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Generalist / Senior HR Administrator to manage full-service Human Resources and Payroll functions across our Inmark LS and RCP locations. This individual will play a key role in ensuring efficient HR operations, accurate payroll processing, and consistent support for employees and leadership in a fast-paced, warehouse and manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Administration:
- Coordinate and process weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payrolls through ADP Team Pay and Paylocity.
- Ensure accurate calculation of hours, earnings, deductions, and benefits contributions.
- Reconcile payroll reports and maintain payroll records in compliance with company policy and labor regulations.
Benefits Administration:
- Coordinate all internal and external benefit and enrollment programs, including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, and 401(k) contributions.
- Act as the primary liaison between employees and benefit providers, ensuring timely resolution of benefit-related inquiries.
- Oversee open enrollment, new hire enrollment, and qualifying life event processing.
HR Operations & Employee Relations:
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and termination procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain and update employee handbooks and policy manuals.
- Serve as a resource to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters.
- Partner with supervisors and leadership to address attendance, disciplinary, and performance issues as needed.
- Work with IT on new hire user credentials, termination, equipment needs for workstations.
Recruiting & Agency Coordination:
- Assist in recruitment communications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Manage relationships with temporary staffing agencies, including onboarding and tracking of contingent workers.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Pull and analyze labor tracking and payroll reports as needed for management.
- Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Support HR and operational audits, providing data and documentation as required.
Requirements
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 2–5 years of combined HR and Payroll experience required.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse or manufacturing environments and their HR needs.
- Proficient with HRIS and payroll systems (ADP Team Pay and Paylocity experience preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy in all work.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with federal and state employment laws, benefit compliance, and payroll regulations.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
