We have over 25+ years experience with excellent customer service satisfaction in this industry proudly serving the Southwest Florida area.Job description:Innerlink Security &amp; Sound is seeking an experienced technician with at least 1 year recent low voltage experience.Must be familiar with any of the following installations or servicing of alarm systems, pool alarms, video surveillance, central vacuums, audio, video, intercom, networking and/or home automation.The applicant would be responsible for installing, programming, testing and troubleshooting.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Installation of burglar alarm systems.</li><li>Familiar with various types of alarm brands.</li><li>Programming, testing and troubleshooting.</li><li>Smart home device installation, programming and troubleshooting.</li><li>Customer training.</li><li>Design and install security systems based on client needs and specifications.</li><li>Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of security systems.</li><li>Perform system upgrades and modifications as required.</li><li>Provide technical support to clients and address any issues or concerns</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective security operations.</li><li>Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in security technology.</li></ul>Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Security Specialist or in a related field - Strong knowledge of system design and installation - Familiarity with low voltage systems and hand tools - Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical specifications - Understanding of computer networking and hardware components - Knowledge of locksmithing principles and techniques - Mechanical aptitude for working with various security system componentsSkills: - System design - Service technician - Low voltage - Hand tools - Blueprint reading - Computer networking - Computer hardware - Locksmithing - Mechanical knowledge - Security systemNote: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
