Position: Machine Learning Engineer Experience: 0 to 3 Years Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of machine learning concepts, strong programming skills, and the ability to apply ML models to solve real-world problems. Freshers with good project experience are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Build, train, and deploy machine learning models for various business use cases.</li><li>Analyze large datasets to extract insights and prepare data for modeling.</li><li>Develop end-to-end ML pipelines including data cleaning, feature engineering, and model evaluation.</li><li>Implement and optimize algorithms for performance, accuracy, and scalability.</li><li>Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and product teams to integrate ML solutions into production.</li><li>Monitor deployed models and improve them based on feedback and performance metrics.</li><li>Document experiments, results, and best practices.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms (Regression, Classification, Clustering, NLP, etc.)</li><li>Proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.</li><li>Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.</li><li>Experience with Jupyter Notebooks, ML workflows, and version control (Git).</li><li>Familiarity with working on datasets and building ML projects (academic or internship experience acceptable).</li><li>Good problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.</li></ul>Good to Have (Not Mandatory)<ul><li>Understanding of Deep Learning, CNNs, RNNs, or transformers.</li><li>Experience with NLP tools like SpaCy, HuggingFace, or NLTK.</li><li>Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases.</li><li>Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML Ops tools.</li><li>Experience deploying models using FastAPI / Flask.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or related fields.</li><li>Relevant internship or project experience is a plus.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Work on cutting-edge machine learning projects.</li><li>Opportunity to grow in an AI-focused environment.</li><li>Collaborative team culture with continuous learning.</li><li>Exposure to real-time challenges and industry-level ML solutions.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearWork Location: Remote
