About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of machine learning concepts, strong programming skills, and the ability to apply ML models to solve real-world problems. Freshers with good project experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, train, and deploy machine learning models for various business use cases.
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights and prepare data for modeling.
• Develop end-to-end ML pipelines including data cleaning, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Implement and optimize algorithms for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and product teams to integrate ML solutions into production.
• Monitor deployed models and improve them based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Document experiments, results, and best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms (Regression, Classification, Clustering, NLP, etc.)
• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience with Jupyter Notebooks, ML workflows, and version control (Git).
• Familiarity with working on datasets and building ML projects (academic or internship experience acceptable).
• Good problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Understanding of Deep Learning, CNNs, RNNs, or transformers.
• Experience with NLP tools like SpaCy, HuggingFace, or NLTK.
• Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML Ops tools.
• Experience deploying models using FastAPI / Flask.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or related fields.
• Relevant internship or project experience is a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
