Job Overview<ul><li>Join a growing tutoring company focused on personalized learning for K&ndash;12 students.</li><li>Flexible schedule, supportive environment, and competitive hourly pay.</li><li>Perfect for teachers, college grads, or experienced tutors.</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring to K&ndash;12 students in Math and/or ELA</li><li>Assess students&rsquo; current skill levels and identify learning gaps</li><li>Develop and follow personalized lesson plans based on student needs</li><li>Help students with homework, test preparation (including iLearn), and skill building</li><li>Track student progress and provide feedback to parents and the tutoring coordinator</li><li>Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities</li><li>Maintain a positive, patient, and encouraging learning environment</li><li>Communicate regularly regarding scheduling, student updates, and progress</li><li>Arrive on time and maintain professionalism in all sessions (in-person or online)</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or currently pursuing a degree (Education, Math, English, or related field preferred)</li><li>Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred (not required for strong candidates)</li><li>Strong understanding of K&ndash;12 Math and/or ELA concepts</li><li>Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and professional</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles</li><li>Comfortable working with students of varying academic levels</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the U.S.</li><li>Comfortable with in-person and/or online tutoring</li><li>Access to reliable transportation (for in-person sessions)</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourExpected hours: 2.0 &ndash; 10.0 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
