 Role Overview:
 
 
 
 We are looking for a dynamic and analytical
 
 Key Account Manager
 
 to drive sales, growth, and brand visibility on Nykaa. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end P&amp;L, strong category knowledge in BPC, and proven ability to build strategic relationships with platform partners.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own and manage end-to-end
 
 P&amp;L for the Nykaa channel
 
 (minimum 1.5&ndash;2 years&rsquo; experience), driving consistent sales growth and profitability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive brand presence in the
 
 Beauty &amp; Personal Care (BPC)
 
 category with strategic plans and flawless execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong relationships with Nykaa category managers to secure
 
 premium visibility slots, marketing opportunities, and exclusive partnerships.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Scale sales and market share for the brand while ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze key performance metrics (sales trends, AOV, conversion rates, competition mapping) and present actionable insights via
 
 weekly/monthly dashboards
 
 for leadership.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage operational processes including
 
 POs, GRNs, stock forecasting, supply chain coordination, and reconciliation of claims/debit notes.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead cross-functional collaboration with
 
 supply chain, finance, design, and marketing teams
 
 for smooth execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify growth opportunities, negotiate platform terms, and implement innovative campaigns to strengthen brand positioning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep track of competitor activity and market dynamics to stay ahead of industry trends.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;6 years of relevant experience in e-commerce account management, with
 
 at least 1.5&ndash;2 years of direct Nykaa channel management.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of the Beauty &amp; Personal Care (BPC) category.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of delivering
 
 sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence
 
 on Nykaa.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
 </li>
 </ul>
