Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and analytical
Key Account Manager
to drive sales, growth, and brand visibility on Nykaa. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end P&L, strong category knowledge in BPC, and proven ability to build strategic relationships with platform partners.
Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage end-to-end
P&L for the Nykaa channel
(minimum 1.5–2 years’ experience), driving consistent sales growth and profitability.

Drive brand presence in the
Beauty & Personal Care (BPC)
category with strategic plans and flawless execution.

Build and maintain strong relationships with Nykaa category managers to secure
premium visibility slots, marketing opportunities, and exclusive partnerships.

Scale sales and market share for the brand while ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.

Analyze key performance metrics (sales trends, AOV, conversion rates, competition mapping) and present actionable insights via
weekly/monthly dashboards
for leadership.

Manage operational processes including
POs, GRNs, stock forecasting, supply chain coordination, and reconciliation of claims/debit notes.

Lead cross-functional collaboration with
supply chain, finance, design, and marketing teams
for smooth execution.

Identify growth opportunities, negotiate platform terms, and implement innovative campaigns to strengthen brand positioning.

Keep track of competitor activity and market dynamics to stay ahead of industry trends.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

3–6 years of relevant experience in e-commerce account management, with
at least 1.5–2 years of direct Nykaa channel management.

Strong knowledge of the Beauty & Personal Care (BPC) category.

Proven track record of delivering
sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence
on Nykaa.

Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.

Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and reporting.
