About Us:
Draft n Craft is a rapidly expanding alternative legal services provider in Delhi, catering to law firms and in-house legal departments. We are seeking a dynamic individual to drive our next growth phase by building and managing key relationships with decision-makers in US law firms and attorneys.

Role Overview:
We are looking for self-driven individuals to identify and secure business opportunities within the legal and healthcare sectors, focusing on strategic account growth and cross-selling services to increase revenue

Key Responsibilities:

· Add specific things related to lead generation and pursuing those leads and closing them, cold calling and outreach to prospects, assisting managers and helping in closing deals etc.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.

· Conduct regular meetings, sales calls, and presentations to prospective clients.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships with law firms, attorneys, and general counsels across the USA.

· Promote legal and paralegal support solutions to enhance market share.

· Develop customized sales strategies to outpace competitors.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's/master's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.

· 1-2 years of B2B international sales experience, sales in the LPO or KPO industry preferred.

· Excellent communication skills

· Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Energetic, socially driven, and able to excel in a fast-paced environment.

· Should be comfortable with Night shift (8:30pm to 5:30am, Monday to Friday, WFO)
