Maintenance/ Service Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in the kitchen equipment industry and a strong understanding of the Saudi market.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality, F&amp;B, catering, and project sectors.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, restaurants, hotels, and key decision-makers.</li><li>Prepare and present commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.</li><li>Achieve sales targets and expand market share in Riyadh and surrounding regions.</li><li>Follow up on projects from initial inquiry to closing.</li><li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis.</li><li>Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in business development or sales within the kitchen equipment / commercial kitchen industry.</li><li>Strong network in Riyadh market (consultants, contractors, F&amp;B operators).</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Valid Saudi driving license.</li><li>Arabic &amp; English proficiency is preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
