 Key Responsibilities

 Performance Marketing: Plan and execute B2B-focused media buying campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads with a strict focus on ROI and lead quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Regional Strategy: Leverage your knowledge of the GCC market to tailor campaigns that resonate with businesses in KSA, UAE, and beyond.
 </li>
 <li>
 Social Media Management: Oversee organic and paid social presence using tools like Zoho Social or Buffer to maintain a consistent brand voice.
 </li>
 <li>
 Data Analysis &amp; Reporting: Use Google Sheets (advanced level) and Google Analytics to track KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for senior management.
 </li>
 <li>
 B2B Content Coordination: Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging B2B assets (whitepapers, case studies, videos) that attract corporate clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Full-Funnel Management: Manage SEO, SEM, and email marketing automation to ensure a seamless customer journey from awareness to conversion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Agility: Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and market changes in our fast-paced, "fail-fast-fix-faster" environment.
 </li>

 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>

 Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven digital marketing experience specifically within the GCC area.
 </li>
 <li>
 Niche Expertise: Strong background in B2B marketing (lead generation vs. just brand awareness).
 </li>
 <li>
 Technical Stack: * Expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in SMM tools (e.g., Zoho, Buffer).
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced Google Sheets skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization are a must).
 </li>
 <li>
 Soft Skills: A "numbers-first" mindset, flexibility to change, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced startup.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communication: Exceptional English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
 </li>

 Location:
 
 Remote (Egypt-based).
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Salary:
 
 $400 USD per month.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Work Schedule (KSA Time):
 
 Monday &ndash; Friday: 11:00 AM &ndash; 7:00 PM (8 hours/day) - Sunday: 4 hours/day.
