 We are working with a well-established and growing professional services organisation to recruit a highly organised and proactive Business Support &amp; Recruitment Coordinator.
 
 
 
 
 
 This is a pivotal, hands-on role supporting senior leadership while playing a key part in recruitment coordination, business operations, and management reporting. It&rsquo;s ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being at the centre of a fast-paced environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The Role
 
 
 
 
 Leadership &amp; Business Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating calendars
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing meeting packs, reports, and presentations
 </li>
 <li>
 Taking minutes and tracking actions to completion
 </li>
 <li>
 Acting as a key point of contact across teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting leadership with day-to-day administration
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Recruitment Coordination
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Managing end-to-end recruitment administration
 </li>
 <li>
 Posting job adverts and responding to candidate enquiries
 </li>
 <li>
 Screening CVs and conducting initial telephone interviews
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate trackers
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaising with agencies and third-party suppliers
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 HR &amp; Office Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinating new starters and onboarding processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting payroll and HR administration
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing shared inboxes and handling incoming enquiries
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 About you:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Has experience in a business support, team assistant, or recruitment coordination role
 </li>
 <li>
 Ideally has a background in recruitment or business support (rather than pure HR)
 </li>
 <li>
 Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicates confidently at all levels
 </li>
 <li>
 Is proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
 </li>
 <li>
 Can handle confidential information with professionalism
 </li>
