The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAT test-taking strategies, mathematics, and critical reading &amp; writing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with high school students preparing for the SAT exam.</li><li>Develop personalized lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to the individual needs and learning styles of each student.</li><li>Teach core SAT subjects &ndash; Reading, Writing &amp; Language, and Math &ndash; while emphasizing test-taking strategies and time management.</li><li>Provide structured instruction on problem-solving techniques, essay writing, and analytical reasoning skills.</li><li>Offer constructive feedback on students' practice problems, essays, and mock exams to help them improve their scores.</li><li>Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel motivated to engage with challenging test materials and build confidence.</li><li>Stay updated on College Board SAT exam changes, format updates, and scoring criteria.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience &ndash; at least 1 year of SAT tutoring experience, either in-person or remotely. Strong familiarity with the SAT exam format, content, and test-taking strategies.</li><li>Education &ndash; Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or teaching certifications are a plus.</li><li>Technical Skills &ndash; Proficiency in using online tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) and digital educational tools.</li><li>Communication Skills &ndash; Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.</li><li>Availability &ndash; Flexible availability to accommodate students in different time zones.
