Unlike a traditional product marketing role, your primary mission will be to **help the business sell its ideas and projects**. You will work closely with the sales and technical teams to translate complex IT solutions into compelling marketing campaigns. You will manage our social media presence, coordinate TV campaigns, and ensure our brand voice is consistent across the Egyptian market.---### Key Responsibilities**1. Strategic Marketing &amp; Business Alignment*** Collaborate with the Branch Manager and Global Marketing Manager to align local marketing strategies with global objectives. * Develop marketing strategies specifically designed to support the sales pipeline, focusing on lead generation for IT projects and consultancy services. * Translate technical concepts and project capabilities into persuasive marketing collateral that resonates with B2B and B2C audiences.**2. Campaign Management (Social Media &amp; TV)*** Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns with a heavy focus on **social media** (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and **traditional TV campaigns**. * Manage the end-to-end production of TV commercials, from briefing creative agencies to media buying and performance analysis. * Oversee the content calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality content that showcases the company&rsquo;s projects, case studies, and thought leadership.**3. Team &amp; Stakeholder Management*** Lead and mentor the local marketing team (if applicable), ensuring clear task delegation and professional growth. * Coordinate with external agencies (creative, media, PR) to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. * Act as the bridge between the marketing department and the technical/sales teams to ensure campaigns accurately represent the company&rsquo;s offerings.**4. Performance Analysis &amp; Reporting*** Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (ROI, engagement, lead generation) to the Branch Manager and Global Marketing Manager. * Manage the local marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum impact for the allocated spend.---### Qualifications &amp; Requirements* **Experience:** Minimum of 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the IT, technology, or agency sector. Role OverviewWe are looking for an IT Team Lead / Delivery Manager to own delivery coordination, team alignment, and client communication on timelines. This role ensures the IT team works as a connected unit&mdash;bridging development, design, QA, and coordination&mdash;while enforcing quality standards and documentation discipline.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery ManagementSet and communicate realistic delivery dates to clients. Track progress against deadlines and identify/remove blockers.Team CoordinationRun daily stand-ups. Facilitate handoffs between backend, frontend, mobile, design, and QA. Ensure everyone has clear priorities.QA IntegrationEnsure QA is involved during the requirements phase, not just at the end. Enforce that no release proceeds without QA sign-off. Help triage bugs and prioritize fixes alongside QA.Process &amp; DocumentationEnforce documentation standards across all roles (dev docs, design docs, test docs). Maintain project boards. Ensure requirements are captured and testable before development starts.Stakeholder CommunicationAct as the single point of contact between you and the IT team. Provide status updates and escalate risks early.Continuous ImprovementIdentify bottlenecks in workflows&mdash;especially between dev, QA, and coordination. Suggest process improvements. Reporting Structure Reports directly to you. Works closely with: IT Assistant (Project Coordinator) on task tracking QA on release readiness and bug triage All IT developers &amp; designers on delivery Ideal Profile Experience leading IT software development teams (mobile + web) with QA processes. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and quality gate discipline. Excellent client communication and expectation management. Ability to enforce processes without micromanaging. Familiarity with documentation best practices across IT dev, design, and testing. Project-to-Role Mapping FrameworkWe use a structured approach to map IT projects to team roles for clarity and efficiency. Once you share your current and planned project types, you will help us define:Project Leadership Map: Who leads/owns each project type. Team Assembly Per Project: How team members are assigned for each IT project. Documentation Artifacts Per Project Phase: Requirements &rarr; design &rarr; dev &rarr; QA &rarr; release.
