Job Description &ndash; Phlebotomist Company Name: InspiraDx Health Solutions LLP Location: Opposite Kozhikode Medical College Hospital, Kozhikode Job Type: Full-time Preferred Location: Kozhikode (local candidates preferred)Position SummaryInspiraDx Health Solutions LLP is looking for a qualified and patient-friendly Phlebotomist to join our diagnostic team. The role involves sample collection along with basic administrative and customer-handling responsibilities.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Phlebotomy &amp; Sample Handling</li></ul>Perform venipuncture and blood sample collection following standard protocols Proper labeling, handling, and storage of samples<ul><li>Ensure infection control and patient safety standards</li><li>Coordinate with labs for timely dispatch of samples</li><li>Customer Handling</li><li>Attend patients politely and explain test procedures</li><li>Handle walk-in patient queries and basic counselling</li><li>Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, and collection centers</li><li>Administrative &amp; Documentation Work</li><li>Maintain patient records and test details accurately</li><li>Prepare reports, receipts, and basic documentation</li><li>Data entry and record maintenance using MS Excel</li><li>Assist in billing, sample tracking, and daily registers</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>DMLT / BSc MLT / Certified Phlebotomy course</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years experience preferred (freshers with good skills may apply)</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)</li><li>Good communication skills (Malayalam required; English preferred)</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Candidates residing in or around Kozhikode</li><li>Experience working in diagnostic labs or hospitals</li><li>Basic knowledge of NABL / lab quality practices (added advantage)</li><li>Organized, responsible, and patient-focused attitude</li></ul>Working Location Opposite Kozhikode Medical College Hospital, KozhikodeWhat We Offer<ul><li>Stable work environment</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a developing diagnostics brand</li><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
