Position Summary

InspiraDx Health Solutions LLP is looking for a qualified and patient-friendly Phlebotomist to join our diagnostic team. The role involves sample collection along with basic administrative and customer-handling responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Phlebotomy & Sample Handling

Perform venipuncture and blood sample collection following standard protocols
Proper labeling, handling, and storage of samples

• Ensure infection control and patient safety standards
• Coordinate with labs for timely dispatch of samples
• Customer Handling
• Attend patients politely and explain test procedures
• Handle walk-in patient queries and basic counselling
• Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, and collection centers
• Administrative & Documentation Work
• Maintain patient records and test details accurately
• Prepare reports, receipts, and basic documentation
• Data entry and record maintenance using MS Excel
• Assist in billing, sample tracking, and daily registers

Required Qualifications

• DMLT / BSc MLT / Certified Phlebotomy course
• Minimum 1–2 years experience preferred (freshers with good skills may apply)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
• Good communication skills (Malayalam required; English preferred)

Preferred Skills

• Candidates residing in or around Kozhikode
• Experience working in diagnostic labs or hospitals
• Basic knowledge of NABL / lab quality practices (added advantage)
• Organized, responsible, and patient-focused attitude
