The role ensures accurate financial records, compliance with regulations, and smooth coordination with consultants and management.Key Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities Financial &amp; Accounting Operations<ul><li>Record daily financial transactions including receipts, payments, and expenses</li><li>Maintain accurate books of accounts (cash, bank, and journal entries)</li><li>Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports</li></ul>Client Billing &amp; Payments<ul><li>Prepare invoices for clients based on service agreements</li><li>Track client payments, outstanding balances, and follow-ups</li><li>Maintain records of consultation fees, service charges, and refunds</li></ul>Bank &amp; Cash Management<ul><li>Handle cash and cheque transactions responsibly</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and cash books</li><li>Assist with online payments and payment gateway records</li></ul>Taxation &amp; Compliance Support<ul><li>Assist in preparation and filing of GST/VAT, TDS, and other statutory returns</li><li>Maintain records for audits and compliance checks</li><li>Coordinate with external accountants or auditors when required</li></ul>Expense &amp; Vendor Management<ul><li>Record office expenses and staff reimbursements</li><li>Maintain vendor invoices and payment schedules</li><li>Support budgeting and cost control activities</li></ul>Payroll Support<ul><li>Assist in salary processing, attendance tracking, and deductions</li><li>Maintain payroll-related records confidentially</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain organized financial records and supporting documents</li><li>Update accounting software and internal systems regularly</li><li>Prepare management reports on revenue, expenses, and receivables</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Confidentiality<ul><li>Coordinate with visa consultants and admin teams for billing accuracy</li><li>Ensure confidentiality of client and company financial information</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of accounting experience (service industry experience preferred)</li><li>Knowledge of accounting software ( QuickBooks, Zoho Books, etc.)</li><li>Basic understanding of taxation and compliance</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Accuracy of financial records</li><li>Timely invoicing and collections</li><li>Compliance with statutory deadlines</li><li>Audit readiness and documentation quality</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹8,392.40 - ₹27,446.06 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Tally: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>total work: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
