You will be the single owner of this department &mdash; the face, the voice, and the driving force behind outreach, admissions, and relationship-building that expands access to affirming treatment for the LGBTQIA+ community.If you want a job where every action matters and every connection can change a life &mdash; this is it.Duties<ul><li>You&rsquo;ll lead all admissions operations and be the primary admissions/outreach/business development representative across all Inspire Pride Healthcare facilities. Your mission: grow census, strengthen referral pipelines, deliver a seamless admissions experience, and represent our programs with excellence.</li></ul>Admissions Excellence<ul><li>Manage the full admission cycle: VOBs, pre-assessments, follow-ups, intake coordination, documentation, and discharge planning.</li><li>Conduct timely outreach with urgency &mdash; no stalled referrals, no missed opportunities</li><li>Track every lead, call, touchpoint, and conversion in our CRM and spreadsheets with precision.</li><li>Discuss copays, deductibles, and financial agreements; ensure signatures and clear expectations.</li><li>Keep communication flowing with referral partners before, during, and after admission.</li><li>Ensure accuracy, compliance, and speed by following all spreadsheets, checklists, and protocol.</li><li>Be available for after-hours calls when needed.</li></ul>Business Development &amp; Outreach<ul><li>This role includes meeting specific weekly and monthly outreach, admissions, and relationship-building performance targets. KPI requirements include consistent face-to-face meetings, outreach activities, tours, calls, and community engagement. All KPIs, performance metrics, and weekly expectations will be clearly outlined and reviewed upon hire.</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Growth Support<ul><li>Perform basic market trend analysis to help shape outreach strategy.</li><li>Assist with advertising research and competitor reviews.</li><li>Help guide content direction that reaches our ideal client.</li><li>Track digital traffic trends and support campaign scaling.</li><li>Provide ongoing support for web properties and collaborate on site updates when needed.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Submit all daily logs, CRM entries, and outreach documentation daily to HR.</li><li>Complete weekly schedules and have them approved by the Supervisor.</li><li>Prepare weekly &amp; monthly outreach/admissions reports for weekly meetings.</li><li>Document all activity thoroughly &mdash; accuracy and detail are non-negotiable.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>We are looking for someone who is:</li><li>Relentlessly driven</li><li>You hold yourself to high standards, love structure, and operate with urgency.</li><li>Highly organized &amp; detail-focused</li><li>You thrive with CRM systems, spreadsheets, schedules, and documentation.</li><li>Results-oriented &amp; productivity obsessed</li><li>High output doesn&rsquo;t scare you &mdash; it motivates you.</li><li>Mission-aligned</li><li>You care deeply about LGBTQIA+ communities and understand why affirming healthcare matters.</li><li>Tech-savvy</li><li>You have experience or strong aptitude with:</li><li>Zoho CRM, SalesIQ, CallRail, , RingCenteral</li><li>Google Suite</li><li>Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager (bonus)</li><li>Microsoft Ads (bonus)</li><li>WordPress + basic familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS/PHP (bonus)</li><li>APIs/Webhooks (bonus)</li><li>A strong communicator</li><li>Confident in person, by phone, email, and text.
