You will be the single owner of this department — the face, the voice, and the driving force behind outreach, admissions, and relationship-building that expands access to affirming treatment for the LGBTQIA+ community.

Duties

  • You’ll lead all admissions operations and be the primary admissions/outreach/business development representative across all Inspire Pride Healthcare facilities. Your mission: grow census, strengthen referral pipelines, deliver a seamless admissions experience, and represent our programs with excellence.

Admissions Excellence

  • Manage the full admission cycle: VOBs, pre-assessments, follow-ups, intake coordination, documentation, and discharge planning.
  • Conduct timely outreach with urgency — no stalled referrals, no missed opportunities
  • Track every lead, call, touchpoint, and conversion in our CRM and spreadsheets with precision.
  • Discuss copays, deductibles, and financial agreements; ensure signatures and clear expectations.
  • Keep communication flowing with referral partners before, during, and after admission.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and speed by following all spreadsheets, checklists, and protocol.
  • Be available for after-hours calls when needed.

Business Development & Outreach

  • This role includes meeting specific weekly and monthly outreach, admissions, and relationship-building performance targets. KPI requirements include consistent face-to-face meetings, outreach activities, tours, calls, and community engagement. All KPIs, performance metrics, and weekly expectations will be clearly outlined and reviewed upon hire.

Marketing & Growth Support

  • Perform basic market trend analysis to help shape outreach strategy.
  • Assist with advertising research and competitor reviews.
  • Help guide content direction that reaches our ideal client.
  • Track digital traffic trends and support campaign scaling.
  • Provide ongoing support for web properties and collaborate on site updates when needed.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Submit all daily logs, CRM entries, and outreach documentation daily to HR.
  • Complete weekly schedules and have them approved by the Supervisor.
  • Prepare weekly & monthly outreach/admissions reports for weekly meetings.
  • Document all activity thoroughly — accuracy and detail are non-negotiable.

  • Google Suite
  • Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager (bonus)
  • Microsoft Ads (bonus)
  • WordPress + basic familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS/PHP (bonus)
  • APIs/Webhooks (bonus)
  • A strong communicator
  • Confident in person, by phone, email, and text. You know how to connect with people and build trust quickly.
  • Adaptable & self-directed
  • You can adjust to changing needs, juggle multiple priorities, and stay calm under pressure.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
