We specialize in web development, mobile applications, AI integrations, digital marketing, and media production.We work with government entities, corporate brands, and startups across the UAE and GCC, delivering high-end, modern, and visually powerful digital experiences.Position OverviewWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor &amp; Motion Graphics Designer to join our growing team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing high-quality video content, adding professional transitions, visual effects, retouching, color correction, and enhancing footage to meet premium brand standards.You will also create motion graphics and animated videos (non-character, non-3D animation) for marketing campaigns, social media, corporate presentations, and promotional content.This role requires strong visual sense, timing, storytelling ability, and understanding of modern digital trends.Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing<ul><li>Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos</li><li>Add transitions, cinematic effects, overlays, and visual enhancements</li><li>Perform color correction and color grading</li><li>Audio synchronization and sound enhancement</li><li>Retouch and enhance footage quality (lighting, sharpness, clarity)</li><li>Create engaging social media reels and short-form content</li></ul>Motion Graphics &amp; Animation<ul><li>Create 2D motion graphics and animated explainer videos</li><li>Animate logos, titles, lower thirds, and infographics</li><li>Design animated promotional videos for marketing campaigns</li><li>Develop animated content for websites and digital ads</li><li>Work with AI-assisted tools where applicable</li></ul>(Note: Character animation and 3D animation are not required.)Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and motion graphics work</li><li>Proficiency in:</li><li>Adobe Premiere Pro</li><li>Adobe After Effects</li><li>Adobe Photoshop &amp; Illustrator</li><li>CapCut (optional but preferred)</li><li>Strong understanding of timing, pacing, and storytelling</li><li>Knowledge of color grading and cinematic effects</li><li>Experience editing vertical (9:16), square (1:1), and widescreen (16:9) formats</li><li>Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects</li><li>Creative mindset with strong attention to detail</li></ul>Language Requirements<ul><li>Proficiency in English (required)</li><li>Arabic language is a strong plus</li><li>Ability to edit and format Arabic text in videos is an advantage</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working with digital agencies</li><li>Understanding of branding and corporate identity guidelines</li><li>Experience editing content for UAE/GCC market</li><li>Familiarity with AI-based video enhancement tools</li><li>Basic knowledge of sound design</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to work on high-profile government and corporate projects</li><li>Creative and innovation-driven environment</li><li>Career growth opportunities</li><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Exposure to AI-integrated creative workflows</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease submit:<ul><li>Updated CV</li><li>Portfolio (Google Drive / Behance / Vimeo link)</li></ul>Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview and a practical assessment task.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
