Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing high-quality video content, adding professional transitions, visual effects, retouching, color correction, and enhancing footage to meet premium brand standards.

You will also create motion graphics and animated videos (non-character, non-3D animation) for marketing campaigns, social media, corporate presentations, and promotional content.

This role requires strong visual sense, timing, storytelling ability, and understanding of modern digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

• Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos
• Add transitions, cinematic effects, overlays, and visual enhancements
• Perform color correction and color grading
• Audio synchronization and sound enhancement
• Retouch and enhance footage quality (lighting, sharpness, clarity)
• Create engaging social media reels and short-form content

Motion Graphics & Animation

• Create 2D motion graphics and animated explainer videos
• Animate logos, titles, lower thirds, and infographics
• Design animated promotional videos for marketing campaigns
• Develop animated content for websites and digital ads
• Work with AI-assisted tools where applicable

(Note: Character animation and 3D animation are not required.)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and motion graphics work
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• CapCut (optional but preferred)
• Strong understanding of timing, pacing, and storytelling
• Knowledge of color grading and cinematic effects
• Experience editing vertical (9:16), square (1:1), and widescreen (16:9) formats
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Language Requirements

• Proficiency in English (required)
• Arabic language is a strong plus
• Ability to edit and format Arabic text in videos is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with digital agencies
• Understanding of branding and corporate identity guidelines
• Experience editing content for UAE/GCC market
• Familiarity with AI-based video enhancement tools
• Basic knowledge of sound design
