Video Editor (UAE)

Join a dynamic role focused on elevating the digital presence of a leading construction company in the UAE. This position centers on producing and managing engaging Instagram Reels that highlight before-and-after project transformations, site progress, and finishing details. The ideal candidate will craft compelling Arabic captions tailored to the UAE audience, propose weekly content ideas, and manage the Instagram account’s posting schedule. You will also be responsible for handling comments and direct messages in a professional manner, ensuring the brand’s voice is consistent and engaging. This hybrid role requires both remote work and occasional on-site presence in Al Ain or Abu Dhabi, making it essential for applicants to already be based in the UAE.

Deliverables

• Edit high-quality Instagram Reels showcasing construction projects, site progress, and finishing details
• Write engaging Arabic captions optimized for the UAE market
• Plan and propose weekly content ideas aligned with current trends
• Manage the Instagram posting schedule for consistent brand presence
• Respond to comments and direct messages in a timely, professional manner
• Collaborate with the team to capture on-site content as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience editing video content for construction, real estate, or related industries
• Native or fluent Arabic speaker with strong writing skills
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar editing software
• Ability to create dynamic text overlays and engaging transitions
• Familiarity with Instagram trends and content strategy for social media
• Basic graphic design skills for social media assets
• Strong understanding of the UAE audience and digital landscape
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant video and social media work
• Must be based in the UAE and available for occasional on-site work in Al Ain or Abu Dhabi
