Customer Service Executive

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy junior team member to support the daily digital operations of RoxelAlgo.com. The role combines website content management, portfolio tracking updates, social media publishing, LinkedIn management, WhatsApp broadcast management, and client follow-up.

1. Website Management (Elementor Pro)

· Update pages using Elementor Pro

· Add and maintain Signal Showcase section

· Upload and format blog articles (SEO-ready formatting)

· Insert images, charts, and YouTube videos

· Maintain member dashboard content

· Ensure mobile responsiveness and layout consistency

· Upload webinar landing pages when needed

2. Portfolio Tracking Management

· Update Penny Stock Portfolio and Cryptocurrency Portfolio

· Insert entry price, stop loss, partial profit levels, and notes

· Track trade performance

· Update performance summary weekly

· Maintain clean and professional dashboard structure

· Ensure high level of accuracy in all updates

3. Social Media Publishing

· Schedule and publish posts on Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube

· Upload reels and stories

· Write captions (provided by marketing team)

· Insert hashtags and tag relevant accounts

· Monitor comments and forward important inquiries

4. LinkedIn Page Management (RoxelAlgo Official Page)

· Publish posts on RoxelAlgo LinkedIn company page

· Optimize captions for professional audience

· Maintain consistent branding and tone

· Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages

· Connect with relevant professionals and grow the page network

· Track LinkedIn analytics and report performance weekly

5. WhatsApp API & Broadcast Management

· Prepare broadcast templates

· Send campaigns via WhatsApp API

· Ensure double tick delivery confirmation

· Organize contact lists

· Reply to basic lead queries

· Escalate technical questions to senior team

6. Lead Handling & CRM Support

· Following up on new leads

· Update CRM system

· Categorize webinar leads, indicator inquiries, and portfolio subscribers

· Track lead status

· Assist in nurturing sequences

7. Email Marketing Execution

· Upload email campaigns

· Test formatting before sending

· Segment email lists

· Schedule newsletters

· Monitor open rate & click rate

· Report on weekly performance

· Website updates completed on time

· Portfolio updated daily without errors

· 100% social posting consistency

· LinkedIn page growth and engagement improvement

· WhatsApp response time under 30 minutes (business hours)

· Lead follow-up completion rate above 95%

· Weekly reporting accuracy
