Customer Service & Sales

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service / Sales Executive to support our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships, coordinating sales activities, handling property listings and inquiries, and supporting documentation and transaction processes. This role requires strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Duties & Responsibilities

Property Owner Outreach

· Contact property owners via phone calls using provided databases and leads.

· Identify potential sellers and landlords interested in listing their properties.

· Present company services and value proposition professionally.

· Persuade owners to list properties exclusively or non-exclusively with the company.

Lead Generation & Follow-up

· Generate new leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.

· Maintain consistent follow-up with interested property owners.

· Update call outcomes and owner responses in the CRM system.

· Convert inquiries into confirmed listings.

Listing Coordination

· Collect accurate property details (location, size, price, availability, photos).

· Coordinate with sales/leasing agents for property inspection and listing.

· Ensure all required documentation is obtained from property owners.

· Follow up until the property is officially listed.

Relationship Management

· Build long-term relationships with property owners.

· Maintain regular communication to retain listings.

· Handle objections professionally and negotiate terms when required.

Performance Targets

· Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets.

· Meet monthly listing acquisition targets.

· Maintain high conversion rates from calls to listings.

Reporting

· Submit daily activity reports (calls made, contacts reached, leads generated).

· Provide feedback on market trends and owner expectations.

· Keep CRM system updated accurately.

Professional Experience

· Previous experience in real estate call center or telemarketing (preferred).

· Strong communication and persuasion skills.

· Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

· Knowledge of real estate market (sales & leasing).

· CRM experience is an advantage.

· Target-driven and results-oriented.

. Arabic Speaker Preferable

· Professional phone etiquette.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
