We are looking for experienced real estate agents to join a performance-driven team in Abu Dhabi.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years UAE real estate experience
• Proven closing track record (consistent deal history required)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with qualified buyers and serious clients
• Understanding of structured sales targets and CRM reporting
• Discipline, accountability, and performance-driven mindset
• UAE driving license and/or ADM license preferred
