Overview

RE/MAX Smart Concept Real Estate is expanding its high-performance division in Abu Dhabi and is seeking a Senior Property Consultant with a consistent and proven closing track record.

This role is designed strictly for experienced professionals who operate at a high level of performance and are ready to scale within a structured, results-driven environment.

This is not an entry-level position and not suited for agents who rely on support-based selling.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of real estate experience in Abu Dhabi
• Proven track record of at least 2 property transactions per month over the past 12 months
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market
• Full compliance with CRM systems and reporting standards
• Professional client handling and negotiation skills
• Consistent, disciplined, and performance-driven mindset

Preferred Languages

All nationalities are welcome. Preference will be given to candidates fluent in:

• Spanish
• Chinese
• Italian
• Korean
• British English
